Vaginal Health: It's what you eat!

There are so many foods that is not only healthy for you but has so many benefits for your vagina. Certain food you eat has amazing properties to help keep your vagina healthy and happy. Here are a few of my favorite.

Cranberries

Most if us knows that cranberries and cranberry juice is great for fighting off UTIs but it also helps fight other infections that is because this fruit is high in antioxidants and infection fighters. 

Sweet Potatoes

This lovely veggie has nutrients that acts like your bodies natural hormone estrogen which aides in naturally lubricating ya girl! Sweet potatoes are also high in vitamin A which studies have shown are to aid in fertility.

Salmon

Salmon is high in omega 3 fatty acids which is not only great for heart health but that leads to better blood circulation. More blood pumping down there mean better and higher sex drive. Also, a high omega 3 fatty acid rich diet has less of a chance of developing endometriosis. 

Okra

If you've ever had okra you already know how slippery it is... I'll leave it at that
